Installation of an Automatic Tool Grinding Machine in Daugavpils: Increasing Production Efficiency

In early October, our team installed a new automatic Matrix machine for a client in Daugavpils, completing full setup and staff training. The equipment was quickly integrated into the workflow.

Matrix MGM 150A is equipped with a CBN wheel, a controlled lubrication system, and an electronic module for automatic parameter adjustment, as well as a user-friendly multilingual Mitsubishi interface. The machine ensures precise sharpening of tools with diameters from 1.5 to 160 mm.
The work cycle includes four steps: tool clamping, depth setting, automatic zero point, and process start. This allows the customer to significantly improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of punching tool maintenance.
