The powerful tandem of the 40-ton Euromac Digibend 400 CNC press and a robotic arm is a turnkey solution for high-speed bending of copper and aluminum busbars, which are used for carrying high-power currents in switchgears, electrical panels, and transformers.
Thanks to the monolithic Meehanite® plate and the smart Active Angle Control system, the complex ensures jewelry-like accuracy (0.1°) and repeatability up to 0.02 mm in real time. The robotic cell flawlessly handles complex geometry and thick metal in autonomous mode, completely eliminating the human factor and rejects.
