INDUSTREK Robotics robotic profile cutting line in Riga

A large-scale project has been successfully completed in Latvia: Italian Machinery Association has commissioned a high-tech INDUSTREK Robotics profile robotic cutting line.
The main feature of the new equipment is the ability to work with profiles and pipes up to 1200 mm wide, which opens up opportunities for the company to tackle tasks of virtually any scale.
The line combines two types of processing at once:
This combination of technologies allows the company to flexibly adapt to any production tasks, reducing cycle times and minimizing metal waste.

- Plasma cutting using a robotic arm that handles even the most complex geometries;
- Laser cutting with a power of 20 kW for operations where every millimeter of precision counts.

In May 2021 we have finished installing 2 sections of MODULA Lift ML50D vertical storage. With a little over 7m in height and just 28m2 of footprint, both sections can store up to 70m3 of goods.
