SALVAGNINI S4+P4-MD Automatic Production Line in Kazakhstan

Italian Machinery Association is pleased to announce the installation of a Salvagnini S4+P4-MD automatic production line in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The Salvagnini S4+P4 line punches, shears and bends sheet metal totally automatically, without any intermediate handling. Among other benefits, the line allows to produce on demand and just in time, to increase capacity and velocity, to reduce lead time, to process different materials without retooling, to optimize manpower activities.

The Salvagnini MD is an automatic store for packs of sheet metal that feeds the machine with single blanks in masked time. This solution covers a wide range of storage needs, eliminating unnecessary material transfer and facilitating the just-intime or kit production of parts using different gages and materials.
